I’m looking forward to a constructive and productive meeting on the 16th. The goal of the meeting on Wednesday is to put forth and gather all best ideas for the ordinance that will protect township from potential harms caused by data centers and still hold up to possible legal challenges. Then the Boards can update the current draft and present best proposed ordinances to public hearing at future date. We are in this together!
