We're all out this week trying to get your vote.

If you want a candidate who has been advocating and continues to advocate for our teachers, families, and most of all students than I'm that person.
I'm sure all the candidates love kids but have they done the work to run for School Board ? Have they put in the hours it takes to get to know their community? Have they made sure the local schools have the programs students need to be successful?
Have they rallied, marched, or spoke up for justice?
I really believe when you run for office you should have earned that right first.
I have earned that right. I know there's more work to be done.
Vote for Jenny Aghomo and let's get that work done together!

I am so excited for George Wythe Highschool! The students, teacher's, staff, parents, and community all deserve a new school. If elected, I will happily advocate for, Principal Joseph Pasani and his team. I want to see Wythe reach its full potential. I went to a Talent Show a few years ago and the talent that night was unbelievable! We need to start showcasing our students talents, the city needs to see it for themselves!

We dropped off 225 hands-on science kits per grade level (675 kits total!!) with the last Wednesday. The kits are loaded on their bus and being given to any 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade student in the community who gets on until they run out.

The has English books on one side and Spanish books on the other side, all organized in little bins. Kids are able to get on the bus, pick out a book of their own, participate in a read aloud, and sign up for a Richmond Public Library card. We are so excited about this incredible resource available to our families and students and grateful for their partnership in getting science kits out to our kids!
