❗❗We're thrilled to introduce a relief initiative for Richmond residents this summer for Round 2 of applications❗❗
In partnership with the Wayne Township Trustee and the City of Richmond’s Beat the Heat Program, we're launching a FREE Window Air Conditioning Unit Program, aiming to distribute over 40 units to eligible individuals, combating the challenges of extreme heat. Applications are open from May 13 to May 24, prioritizing seniors, individuals with disabilities, households with young children (with medical need), and those in heat vulnerable areas.

Just a reminder! Stay safe!

Information on our Naloxone distribution sites! Naloxone, commonly referred to as NARCAN, is an overdose reversal medication. Even if you are not struggling with substances, naloxone can be helpful to have on hand for anyone who may be in need. If you have any questions on how to administer naloxone please reach out to the RFD Mobile Integrated Health Team. We are located at Station 1, or you can send us a message through our page!

Cold temperatures are back 🥶🥶. Tonight and Wednesday night are projected to be around 25 and 21 degrees so the overnight warming center will open today and Wednesday at 6pm. Thank you to all the volunteers that have signed up to help. WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS FOR WEDNESDAY. The van will make pick people up from several stops starting at 6pm: Morrison Reeves Library, McDonald's on East Main, and the BMV.
