๐ŸŒธ Self-care isn't just bubble baths and spa days โ€” it's a whole ecosystem.

Here are 8 types of self-care:
๐Ÿƒ Physical โ€” sleep, movement, rest
โ˜๏ธ Emotional โ€” managing stress, self-compassion
๐Ÿ’ฌ Social โ€” boundaries, community, asking for help
๐ŸŒˆ Spiritual โ€” meditation, nature, connection
โ˜• Personal โ€” hobbies, identity, honoring your true self
๐ŸŒ Space โ€” safety, stability, a clean environment
๐Ÿ’ต Financial โ€” budgeting, saving, money management
๐Ÿ’ป Work โ€” time management, boundaries, breaks

Caring for yourself in every area of your life isn't selfish โ€” it's essential, especially for the advocates, caregivers, and community members doing this work every day.

Which area do you need to focus on this week? ๐Ÿ’›
