The American Legion JE Lanier Post 27, Richmond Hill, Ga We are Richmond Hill's local American Legion Post. We are a veteran nonprofit organization looking to help veterans and their families in the community.

This page is for all of our members and friends to show you what Post 27 is doing in Richmond Hill. American Legion JE Lanier Post 27 is the local post of Richmond Hill, GA. We are a small post of dedicated veterans that help to aid veterans and their families in the local community. Post 27 works with other local veteran nonprofit organizations to help veterans in need, and also runs several children & youth programs for family members of veterans such as Boys State/Girls State, Oratorical, Sons of the American Legion, and Junior Shooting Sports. If you are a veteran looking to help out, come by and see what we are all about. We meet every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Bryan County Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.

🇺🇸 On this Labor Day, we celebrate hard work, service, and those who make a difference in our community.

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely THANK our amazing JROTC sponsors. Your generosity and commitment help our cadets grow in leadership, discipline, teamwork, and service. Because of you, our young leaders have opportunities to learn, compete, and represent our community with pride.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended our 3rd Annual Veterans Resource Fair today at J.F. Gregory Park! 🇺🇸

We are so grateful to the Bryan County NAACP for continuing to keep us involved and ensuring we are present for the veterans in our community.

There were SO many amazing resources available today that I better not hear anyone say, “I don’t know where to go for help!” 😂 Just kidding! We know navigating resources can be overwhelming, so we will continue to share information, show up, and connect our veterans and their families with the support they deserve.

Thank you to all the organizations, vendors, volunteers, and community members who made today possible. We are better when we work together! ❤️🤍💙
