Calling all Wildcats! 🐾 Join us for MES Curriculum Night 2026 on Thursday, September 17 from 5:00–6:30 p.m. for an evening filled with reading, writing, creativity, and family fun!

Following a brief PTSO meeting, families can explore MES and enjoy:

📖 Hands-on reading & writing exhibits
📚 Exciting read-alouds
🌟 Special presentations
✏️ Interactive literacy activities for all ages

🍕 Make dinner easy! Pre-order a Papa’s Pizza meal for $15, including one hot-and-ready pizza and four individual drinks. Order yours through My Payments Plus today!

🍦 Want dessert? The Alsie’s Ice Cream Truck will be on campus from 4:00–7:00 p.m.

🐾 Before you head home, stop by the PTSO Spirit Wear Store outside the cafeteria and stock up on your favorite Wildcat gear!

✨ Life Lately at MES… ✨

It’s been a LEGENDARY couple of weeks at McAllister Elementary! 🖤💛🐾

🏈🎓 We showed off our school spirit for College Colors Day, representing favorite colleges and universities from near and far! From red and black to blue and gold—and just about every color in between—our Wildcats brought plenty of team pride to MES!

🎉📚 We also kicked off Attendance Awareness Month with a Surprise Attendance Day! There’s nothing we love more than seeing our Wildcats at school, ready to learn, grow, and make every day count. ⭐

Great things happen when our Wildcats show up, get involved, and bring their Wildcat spirit! 🐾

Here’s to more learning, more memories, and more legendary days at MES! 🖤💛

⛈️☀️🌡️Our 4th Grade students had a special visitor on Tuesday to help wrap up their science unit about weather and the water cycle. WTOC meteorologist, Andrew Gorton, came and talked about weather, answered students' questions, and showed them around the WTOC Storm Chaser! Thanks so much to Mr. Gorton for taking the time to come out and visit our Wildcats!⛈️☀️🌡️

🎓🏈 It’s time to show your college spirit, Wildcats! This Friday is College Colors Day at McAllister Elementary! Students are invited to wear their favorite college colors to help us celebrate the kick-off to college football season. 💛🖤💙❤️ We can’t wait to see which teams our Wildcats represent!
