We’ve been made aware of the issue with the pool/gym gate. We have not had a chance to investigate, but once someone is able to do so, we will provide an update. Please do not jump the fence.

Help clean up the community loose animal problem.

Please report any loose animals to Richmond Hill Animal Control. The Richmond Hill Municipal Code of Ordinance Chapter 14, Sections 1-55 requires that dogs be confined or leashed at all times. Any violation of this should be reported to the city for enforcement.

Please contact Animal Control at 912-851-3817.

If place of residence is known the HOA can us the Pet Policy and Fine Policy to help keep the community safe.

Townhome owners of Creekside.

Friendly reminder to unlock your back gates for the landscaping company to mow your grass. Gates found locked are reported to the Board of Directors and you may be subjected to a fine. Remember the gates are required to be unlocked due to the easement that runs behind the townhome. This easement is to allow townhome occupants and the fire department access in case of an emergency.
Townhome back yards are limited access community area.

Also, of note townhomes that have fenced in back yards. These fences are the responsibility of the townhome owner to maintain. These fences where put in by previous owners through the ARB process.

Single Family homes of Creekside.

Friendly reminder Ghosts Coast Lanscaping is the community landscaper. The Company offers a discount for all single-family homes in Creekside.
