Leave the Leaves!
The 2025-26 leaf vacuum season begins on Monday, November 3 in area 5 (we rotate areas each year). Ensure your leaf piles are on the tree lawn, not in the street.

Better yet, let's skip the raking and leaf piles! MO Botanical Gardens recommends mulching your grass clippings and leaves with your lawnmower to help FEED your lawn and other great benefits.

Here's a great resource on how to LEAVE THE LEAVES!

During the early winter months, the colorful fall foliage we enjoyed just days before begins to find its way into our yards and lawns. For some, these leaves become an eyesore, but for the bugs that stay with us throughout the winter, they play a vital role.

Update from THE HEIGHTS about the pool and lazy river.

Update from THE HEIGHTS about the pool and lazy river.

Effective: October 31, 2025

Dear Members & Guests,

Over the past week, we’ve had several technicians working to repair the main pool heater. While some temporary fixes helped keep the pool open for a short time, those solutions have only lasted so long. Unfortunately, we’ve exhausted all quick repair options and now need to move forward with more extensive repairs.

We’ve kept the main pool and lazy river open as long as possible since discovering the issue, but the water temperature is expected to drop quickly, making it necessary to close both areas while repairs continue. Beginning Friday, October 31, the main pool and lazy river will be closed for repairs and are anticipated to reopen on Monday, November 17. If this timeline changes, we’ll share updates promptly through our newsletters and social media channels to keep everyone informed.

The hot tub, sauna, steam room and splash pad will remain open during this time. We’ll share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Sincerely,
THE HEIGHTS Team
