Founded in the late 1990 by three women representing Catholic orders, RMMOC has evolved into a non-denominational faith based organization that assists with medical care (free clinic) education, counselling and community engagement.

The 20th Annual Screen Free Week for area youth will be held at various sites from Saturday March 28 through Saturday April 4, 2026. This event was begun as TV Turnoff week in 2007 by RMMOC volunteers Lorraine Hoyt and daughter Joanna, along with our Catholic Sisters who staffed our facility at the time.
The 2026 Schedule is a work in Progress, here are the events set so far:
Saturday March 28: open

Sunday March 29: open

Monday March 30: open

Tuesday March 31: Light lunch and ice cream at Half-Shire ( Mary White) with The Twin Magicians performing at 1pm.

Wednesday April 1: nature Walk at Selkirk Shores State Park

Thursday April 2: open

Friday April 3: open

Saturday April 4: open

We are just setting the schedule, we normally have events at Ainsworth Library in Sandy Creek, Cogswell Library in Orwell, Ricard Grange, Salmon River Fine Arts Center, and various other sites. We will update this post as we hear from folks!
