Hypertension can go unnoticed and untreated for years, leaving many people unaware of their condition and at greater risk of medical complications and cardiovascular disease. Today we raise awareness of this “silent killer” and promote hypertension prevention, detection and control. Commit to having your blood pressure checked at least once a year and maintain a healthy weight through healthy living, eating and regular exercise.
