While the library IS OPEN, our front entrance is currently being renovated.

All library users MUST use the side entrance to access the library.

The side entrance is accessible from the front and rear parking lots.

Pete Graham was a key supporter of our Library for years. He was instrumental in the formation of the Meet MI Author series of which Library Friends supports.
This dedication is a well deserved honor and remembrance of a hard working member of our community.

We invite you to join us for the dedication of a peace pole in honor of Pete Graham, devoted community leader, friend of the Richland Community Library, and proud member of the Gull Lake Area Rotary Club.

The dedication will include the unveiling of the peace pole, flowers & a plaque.

Monday, September 21 at 1:30 PM outside the library.

The first Friends of the Richland Library fundraiser yard sale is today at my home. For those new to the area, the original Library was in the basement of the Community Hall across from Hardings. In 1983, we held a book pass to relocate the books to its current location although much smaller. My Grands are a part of this jewel of a Library.
All proceeds of our sale go to our nonprofit Friends (think PTO) to support staff appreciation, grants and programs.

Does anyone have interest or experience in selling on EBay or a similar site? This Meissen porcelain figurine was donated to Library Friends years ago as part of an international doll collection. Rather than keeping it boxed up, we’re looking for the right home for this donation. Please message us if you’d be interested. Pass this request on please. The Library can also receive any contact information and pass it on.
