The Spencer County Recorder’s Office has plenty of Property Fraud Alert mailers, and we want to put them to good use! We sent them out in the spring with Melissa Woolard Spencer County Assessor in the Form 11's, but we have extras!

We’re looking for local realtors, attorneys, title professionals, lenders and banking institutions who would be willing to include a mailer with their paperwork when someone buys a home, closes on property, takes out a mortgage, refinances, or completes another real estate transaction.

Property Fraud Alert is completely FREE and helps property owners stay informed by notifying them when documents are recorded in their name.

We’ll provide the mailers, we just need your help getting them into the hands of Spencer County property owners! 💙
