💧 Water Leak – 3500 Popplewell

Please be advised that water service has been temporarily shut off in the 3500 block of Popplewell Street due to a water leak.

Our Public Works team is on site and actively making repairs. The estimated repair time is approximately four hours. We will provide an update to this post if that timeframe changes.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work to restore water service as quickly and safely as possible.

As a reminder, City facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day, and will reopen for normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 8.

💧 WATER SERVICE RESTORED

(8/30/26 – 5:30 p.m.): Crews were able to make all necessary repairs, and water service has been restored.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while our crews worked to safely complete the repairs.

👏 A special shout-out to our Public Works crew - Pham, Mike, and Conner - for responding on their day off and working through 100+ degree weather to take care of our community!

If your utility billing account has a past-due balance, now is the time to make a payment to help avoid a service interruption.

On the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, Public Works crews may be in neighborhoods disconnecting water service for accounts with unpaid balances.

You can make a payment:
• In person at City Hall (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.)
• Online anytime at richlandhills.com/utilitybilling
