What is a Family Support Center?

Utah's Family Support Centers are community-based spaces where families can find support during both everyday challenges and more stressful moments.

Many centers offer services like:

A young mom was alone and scared.
Her pregnancy had become life-threatening. She thought she had no one to turn to, no one to care for her two small children—until she remembered her local Family Support Center.

They were there when she needed them.

She dropped off her kids at the crisis nursery before rushing to the ER. That day, she had emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. And even though she couldn't be with them, her children were safe—cared for by trained staff until their grandmother could come. They played. They rested. They were okay.

This is just one story. There are hundreds more.

You may never meet the mom fleeing domestic violence.
Or the dad who's finally able to rest.
Or the grandmother trying to hold it all together.

But when you support your local Family Support Center, you become part of their story.
