Kickstart your future in Cybersecurity!
Sevier School District is offering a FREE two-week cybersecurity camp in partnership with Ken Garff Esports and the Air Force Association’s CyberPatriot program this summer. Available to all Utah students in 7th -12th grade!
No prior cybersecurity knowledge is needed.
Camp Dates: July 10 - 21, 2023
Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
In-Person only at the Sevier CTE Center in Richfield.

Red Hills Middle School 8th graders visiting the CTE programs at RHS and the Sevier CTE Center today. We can't wait until next year and they are here full time.

Work-Based Learning Wednesday: Meet Shayla Squires
Shayla, a graduate of Richfield High School, completed her CTE Internship at Pahvant Elementary School.

“Have you ever thought about the future, and who will change the world? I know who, because I [had] the opportunity of being in the classroom with them two or three times a week. These third graders that I [taught] are going to have a lasting effect on the future. At this point in their lives, they are learning skills they will need throughout high school, college, and everyday life.

“I [did] my CTE Internship in the field of elementary education. I worked with students one-on-one, helping them learn basic multiplication. Every day they taught me new things, giving me a different outlook on life. With help from their teacher, my mentor, DeAnn Henrie, I learned and experienced something not very many students get during their high school years. This learning experience confirmed for me that I want to be an elementary teacher.”
