A Sunday morning fire broke out in a memory care unit at a residential care facility in Franklin, TN, with more than 200 residents and staff inside the four-story building. A single sprinkler head activated and contained the fire to one room, the resident was safely evacuated, and there were no serious injuries.

You 🤝 the latest issue of 𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘭𝘦𝘳 𝘈𝘨𝘦

The May/June issue is out and it's a good one.

We're tackling AI and smarter workflow in sprinkler design, turning operational bottlenecks into revenue, Homes for Our Troops, project management, building under budget, and a Sacramento Valley chapter spotlight. Plus a piece on whose fault it is when something goes wrong on a job. (Ask any fitter 👀 )
