September is almost here and that means National Yoga Month is right around the corner. NDSA is celebrating National Yoga Month with a Community Yoga Day. The event is free and open to the public. Last year you attended, and from the feedback you wanted to do it again. Well, we heard you loud and clear...so let's get ready for yoga!

When: Saturday, September 19, 2026

Where: Willie B. Johnson Recreation Center

Time: 9:30am Participant Sign-In
10:00am-12:00pm Yoga Session

All you need is your rubber bottom shoes, a mat, towel and a great big smile. Chairs will be provided for all chair participants.
