elopment, workforce development, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem building and placemaking initiatives. The final day of Richardson’s Small Business Week was full of creativity, inspiration, and ideas for business owners looking to establish or improve their social media presence.

Natalie Draeger of 101Media explained the dos and don’ts of social media marketing, and shared cost-effective strategies to give small businesses exposure through communication, brand-building, and consistency. Attendees were also able to ask her about specific challenges they’ve faced with social media in their industries, and how to overcome them.
