Multiple drivers cited today...

Wisconsin 4-Way Stop Rules:

First to Arrive, First to Go: The primary rule is that the vehicle that arrives and stops first leaves first.

Simultaneous Arrival (Yield Right): If two vehicles arrive at the same time, the driver on the left must yield to the driver on the right.

Opposite Directions: If two vehicles arrive opposite each other, and both are going straight, they can go at the same time. If one is turning left, the vehicle going straight has the right-of-way.
