In two weeks, Nicolet College Human Services and Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) students and faculty will be supporting our community at Light Up the Night for Recovery - and you're invited to join!

📍 Hodag Park Amphitheater, Rhinelander
💲 Free and open to the public

This annual event brings people together to reduce stigma surrounding substance use and mental health challenges, honor lives affected by these issues, and connect individuals and families with local resources and support.

🕯️ Whether you are personally affected by substance use or mental health challenges, supporting a loved one, or simply want to learn more about recovery resources in our community, everyone is welcome.

It's National Dog Day! We cannot get enough of these Nicolet College pets in their "I walk the loop at Nicolet" bandanas 😍

Is your pet jealous of these bandanas? Come to campus and pick one up for each of your furry (or scaly) friends! 🐾🦎

And no actual Loop walking is required! Whether your pet prefers the Loop, your neighborhood, your backyard, or lounging on the couch, they're eligible to join the fun.

Bandanas are free and can be picked up at the Welcome Center or Lakeside Center. Just remember, when you pick one up, animals must stay outside 🙂

Nicolet College invites area seniors to explore the Learning in Retirement (LIR) program this fall with over 30 classes and events designed to bring fun, diverse, and culturally enriching programming to Northwoods retirees.

LIR members tour the Rhinelander-Oneida County Airport. The 2026-2027 Learning in Retirement year will kick off September 9 at Nicolet College.

This certificate introduces the basic knowledge and skills required for working in a group child care setting. 👶 It also ladders into the Nicolet College Child Care Services Embedded Technical Diploma and the Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education.
