Astor Services held its annual Leadership Day conference on June 5 in Poughkeepsie, themed “Leadership in Action: Retaining, Restoring, and Building Stronger Teams.” The event featured presentations from Astor Professional Development Trainer Claudius Johnson, Michael Harris, Director of Home-Based Crisis Intervention, and keynote speaker Cohen Miles-Rath, who shared his personal journey of living with mental illness and recovery.
Leadership Day provided a valuable opportunity for leaders across the organization to come together, strengthen their skills, exchange insights, and reinforce their commitment to building resilient and effective teams.
