Last week, our 2nd graders at Waggoner Road Elementary absolutely crushed it at their spelling bee! 🐝✨

Nearly 20 students from across the grade were selected to compete after working hard to earn their spots in the finals. And wow, they did not disappoint! 🎉

The competition was so fierce that the principals and teachers were scrambling to find harder words on the fly! 📝🤯

Huge congratulations to our final winner and to the entire second grade for doing such an amazing job. We are so proud of you! 🏆👏

☀️ Free summer meals for kids and teens! School might be wrapping up, but healthy meals aren't going anywhere.

Starting June 1st, all children ages 18 and under can stop by for free, nutritious meals.

Absolutely no cost and sign-up is not required. Just show up and eat!

📍 Where: Herbert Mills STEAM Elementary (6826 Retton Road)
📅 When: June 1 – July 2 (Monday–Friday)
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
⚠️ Please Note: All meals must be enjoyed on-site
