FATHER’S DAY EVENT

To all the families who attended today’s Father’s Day event, we hope you enjoyed spending time with your loved ones and making special memories together. We also hope you enjoyed the event bags and activities that were provided from us (IFC).

As a reminder, a note was included in the bags advising that our loved ones were permitted to take their craft items back with them following the event.

Thank you for your continued support and participation. Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers and father figures! 💙

🚨NO VISITING REMINDER 🚨

Just a reminder: VSA will be closed tomorrow for scheduling, as there will be no visiting next Friday, June 26th.

CDCR has advised institutions that operational adjustments may continue through June 30, 2026.

Due to staffing shortages/vacancies and restrictions on overtime, some institutional operations, such as yard, dayroom access, and programming, may be affected. However, Healthcare and RHU operations are expected to continue as normal, and education programs will be the last area impacted by any adjustments.

Per CSP SAC, operations will be assessed on a day-to-day basis, and any modifications will be based on the institution’s specific operational needs.

At this time, visiting is not expected to be impacted.

Dear Families,

We wanted to make everyone aware that the facility has advised us of upcoming statewide program modifications due to ongoing budgetary concerns impacting the State of California. A message regarding these changes was sent to the incarcerated population today.

As these adjustments are part of a statewide mandate, we ask that families remain patient, flexible, and understanding as staff work through any changes that may affect programs or operations. We understand that changes can be frustrating, and we will continue to share updates and advocate for our families as additional information becomes available.

📢 FAMILY REMINDER 📢

Now that the meeting minutes have been released, we encourage all families to take a few moments to review them.

Your feedback, concerns, and observations are important. IFC can only advocate effectively when we know what issues are affecting our loved ones and their families. If you have questions, concerns, or topics you would like addressed, please reach out to an IFC member, fill out a feedback form in visitor processing or send us an email: [email protected].

Please know that we do address every concern that is brought to our attention. While not every issue can be resolved immediately, we ensure concerns are presented to the appropriate staff and discussed whenever possible.

We are here to be your voice and work toward positive change, but we need your participation to do that. Help us help you by staying engaged, sharing information, and bringing concerns forward.

Together, we can continue advocating for meaningful improvements for our incarcerated loved ones and their families.
