As part of the 2026 Paving Program, the Town will be performing Crack Filling as part of Pavement Preservation Phase beginning on Tuesday, June 2nd.

Work will begin on Horizon View West and will continue working over to Marble Drive, Johnny Place, Johnny Circle, Alva, Jerold, Boncroft, Electric and down to Tamarac and other roads within Albany Country Estates as time and material permits.

2026 Paving Program: Phase 2
Construction Notice:
Phase 2 of the 2026 Paving Program will be kicking off on Thursday, May 21st. Milling will begin on Thursday, May 21st. Paving will begin on Tuesday, May 26th.

* May/Linden Street
* Sydney Wayne
* Cliff St
* Arcadia
* Lunis
* Wanzer

* Railroad Ave (following Sewer Line Extension)
* Lona Lane (following RR Ave Sewer Line Extension)
* Birch Lane (following RR Ave Sewer Line Extension)
* Castleton Ave (following Water Line Replacement)
* Park Ave* (Following Castleton Ave Water Line Replacement)

⚠️Important Notice to Residents of these streets:⚠️
* It is essential that residents cooperate by parking all vehicles off the roadway during paving operations and any residents that use off-street parking spaces must park 2 ft. behind the curb line.
* Roads may be milled for 1-2 days prior to paving, please use caution and drive carefully.
* Please refrain from putting loose piles or bags of brush in the roadway as it will slow down paving operations.
* There may be minor delays, but we will make every effort to accommodate any and all reasonable requests for assistance in leaving or entering your property.
* We ask that you please plan to use alternate routes during paving operations and allow for extra time if possible.
* As always, we appreciate your anticipated cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
