✨Join us for 9 to 5 Dolly Day! ✨

On September 25, United Way of Venango & Titusville Region is celebrating Dolly Parton and keeping her dream alive, one book at a time through the Imagination Library. And we want YOU to be part of it!

Businesses, schools, organizations, offices, and workplaces across the region are invited to join us for a day of fun, community, and helping local kids discover the magic of reading.

Since 2014, more than 166,347 FREE books have been mailed directly to children throughout the Venango & Titusville Region through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. That’s more than 166,000 chances for a child to open a book, explore a new world, and dream a little bigger.

And on Dolly Day, we’re working to keep those books coming.

Join us at our Reno office from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where Seven Mountains Media's Froggy Northwest PA radio station will be broadcasting LIVE on location! Stop by to register a child for the Imagination Library, make a donation, and help us celebrate a program that is making a real difference for local families.

September will be the last month for the contest, but don't worry, we have several activities planned to stop by and enjoy the garden space, as well as the garden being open 24/7 for the remainder of the growing season.

Today, we recognize the hardworking individuals who help keep our communities moving forward. From local employees and businesses to volunteers, donors, and community partners, we are stronger when we work together.

We are just one week out from our "Putting the Garden to Bed Class" with the Penn State Master Gardeners. Join us on Wednesday, September 9th, at 5:30PM at the Titusville YWCA for a FREE hands-on learning opportunity on the important work to do in your garden to prep it for the winter season.

While our hearts are incredibly sad with Dolly Parton's passing, we’re more inspired than ever to continue her mission with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. Dolly was a superstar in every sense of the word—on the stage, screen, and the airwaves. But the only thing larger than her voice was her deeply generous spirit, which she used to bring people together all around the world.

Since 2014, United Way of Venango & Titusville Region has proudly partnered with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to provide children with free books and foster a love of learning. Through this work, we saw firsthand, Dolly’s deep belief that every child – no matter the circumstances – deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and thrive.

United Way will be forever grateful for Dolly’s partnership, friendship, and shared belief in making the world a better place. The world will miss Dolly. But her larger-than-life legacy will live on every time her irresistible voice comes on the radio, every time we see her bright smile flash across our screens, and every time a child picks up an Imagination Library book.
