Merry Christmas 🎄

Thanksgiving should be full of warmth, not smoke! If a small grease fire starts, turn off the heat source, then cover the pan with a metal lid or cookie sheet to smother the flames. You can also use baking soda or a Class K/B fire extinguisher. Never use water, and do not move the pan once the fire is extinguished, as it may cause splattering. When in doubt, get out and call 9-1-1.
