*ATTENTION*

ASTRONOMY NIGHT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to unfavorable weather conditions, a rain date will be set for astronomy night at Jack Hill State Park. As soon as a rain date is set, we will announce it as soon as possible. We have been keeping an eye on the weather with hopes we would see a turnaround, but there seems to be a high chance of rain and clouds. Please understand that we cannot control factors of the weather, and telescope viewing is entirely dependent upon the conditions of the night sky. We will soon announce a rain date and hope for good weather! Please stay tuned, we greatly appreciate your patience.

You’ve been asking, and we’re delivering. Astronomy Night with the Statesboro Astronomy Club is happening on May 23! We want to extend a big thank you to the Statesboro Astronomy Club for making these events happen. We also want to thank our visitors for making these events such a good time.
