Piccard Homes was created by Mike and Carrie Accardi in 1994 under the guidance of Carrie’s father, Richard Ward, who founded the successful real estate business Ward Companies in the late 1960’s. We grew the business for five years before growing our family. We now have three children and as they grow so does the understanding that a home is more than a house; it is a place for living your life.
