This week our team attended municipal officials training in Montgomery. This training will help guide us through our term and help us continue to lead and serve our community.

The Wiregrass was well represented and it was nice to see so our friends from neighboring towns. We look forward to working together to build a better community for all!

While my term doesn’t officially begin until November 2 I was excited to meet a few of our state representatives today and to hear updates on what is going on in our state legislature. I look forward to working on improving Rehobeth with Rep. Paul Lee, Senator Donnie Chasteen and Rep. Steve Clouse in the coming months and years!

Even before I woke this morning my phone was going off with messages of support and it has continued throughout the day. Our family was covered in your prayers and well wishes and I am so very thankful for all of your kind words, phones calls, messages and shares. You all showed up and showed out and I am forever grateful.

Today was a whirlwind. Tomorrow our real work will begin. I am excited to work with our council and to continue our conversation on what Moving Rehobeth Forward looks like for our great town. Thank you for believing in me, I look forward to November 2 when my term will officially begin!

So many of your questions were about business and growth. I hope I was able to answer many of them below. Feel free to message me for any follow up or futher questions. Let's continue the dialogue. (I am sorry for the delay, technical difficutlies!)

***As a small business owner myself we can’t negate the impact that each small business has in our community! Small businesses provide jobs and keep money local! We are so fortunate to have had several relocate here and find much success while providing us much needed services. The Shine Shop, Black Sheep Antiques, Twisted Sisters, Ruffle and Rhinestones, Rehobeth Academy, Bruce’s Rods and Customs are just a few plus many, many more that I am sure I am missing!***

The greatest asset our town has is our people. Your encouragement and support over the past few weeks have meant so much to my family and I . On Tuesday I hope you join me as we take the first step to Move Rehobeth Forward!

Last night we were excited to support our Rehobeth Rebels on their first win of the season!

Fun fact: In 2018 the population of Rehobeth was roughly 1,575. However when school is in session there are at the minimum 2,450 children between our three schools. Faculty and staff grows that number to even higher. Our town is at its largest during school hours...we need to serve this growing population and their families that have brought them here!

On Tuesday we have the opportunity to go to the polls and vote for change that will better our community and our children’s future! I hope you will join me...we are in this together!

Tomorrow evening I want to answer your questions! Feel free to drop them below or private message me! Send them to my personal page or even send me a text! Then join me Sunday night....let’s talk about Moving Rehobeth Forward.

The Town of Rehobeth was incorporated in 1996. Many of you have reached out asking if your home was in the voting district and sadly some of you will not be able to vote due to current boundaries.

That being said...do me a favor and check out where your friends and family reside! Let them know you are wanting to Move Rehobeth Forward along with me! Together we can!

(Areas in green, yellow or black can vote in the upcoming election...does your property share a boundary with a yellow, green or black plot? Message me to see how you can become a part of our small town!)
