🚛 RESIDENTIAL TRASH COLLECTION DELAY

Republic Services is experiencing a delay in residential trash collection today. As a result, approximately 1/3 of City of Reedsburg residents will not receive service as scheduled.

➡️ Remaining collections will be completed Wednesday morning.
Please leave your trash cart at the curb until it has been emptied.

📞 If your cart has not been serviced by Wednesday afternoon, please contact Republic Services at 608-524-6603 so a driver can be dispatched if needed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as Republic Services works to complete all collections.

🗑️ Garbage & Recycling Services RFP

The City of Reedsburg is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide residential garbage and recycling services beginning January 1, 2027.

Services will include:
• Weekly garbage collection
• Biweekly recycling collection
• Large item pickup
• Service to approximately 2,750 residential units
• Collection at designated City-owned facilities

📅 Contract Term: January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2029, with a 2-year renewal option.

Interested companies should submit proposals electronically in PDF format to Steve Zibell, Director of Public Works, at [email protected].
