Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of (Ret) K-9 Deputy Terry Fleck who has passed this morning.

Terry was a K-9 Handler for over 28 years, and after his retirement continued his passion of training K-9 handlers in areas such as liability, tactics, and providing expert testimony.

Terry thank you for leading the way!

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you one of our K9s has passed away. Koda recently retired and last night he spent his final moments with his human family.

Koda was the first K9 assigned to the Maguire Correctional Facility and he spent six great years in that position where he was very dedicated and well like by everyone who met him. Correctional Officer Higgins was his K9 partner and gave Koda a great life. Our hearts go out to the Higgins family. Koda, we thank you for your devotion to the office, we will all miss your playful spirit.
