Redwood City Saltworks Visit the Saltworks website at www.rcsaltworks.com. The Saltworks Plan responds to the input of over 10,000 local residents.

More than six years ago the DMB Pacific Ventures Saltworks team began asking Redwood City residents for their ideas for future use of the more than 1,400-acre industrial Saltworks site. The plan calls for 50% of the site to be preserved for permanent open space, public recreation, & tidal marsh restoration. The remaining 50% will be transformed into a Transit Oriented Community with a range of housing, schools, parks, neighborhood retail, transit facilities, & unparalleled Bay access.
