The "Fifty Shades of Pink" organized by the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce was an exclusive women's networking brunch that took place on May 21, 2026 at the California Surf Club. The event focused on empowering, connecting, and inspiring women in leadership. Guests were encouraged to wear their favorite shades of pink, ranging from soft blush to bold fuchsia, to celebrate the occasion. The brunch highlighted local female entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders with a focus on shared experiences and meaningful networking.
🌸 Keynote Speaker Rachel Simone Wyley is the Founder and CEO of Culture Kinesis, an organization that uses creativity and ancestral wisdom to help leaders reimagine workplace culture. As an artist and vocalist, she leverages empathy to build community and address racial inequity.
🌸 Dr. Mona Madani is a triple board-certified physician in Family, Obesity, and Lifestyle Medicine practicing at Torrance Memorial. She provides holistic, personalized care focused on preventive medicine, women’s health, and evidence-based weight management.
🌸 Joy Ford is the elected City Attorney for the City of Redondo Beach, having served since February 2015. A UC Berkeley and UC Davis School of Law graduate, she previously managed the City's award-winning Response to Homelessness Program as the Quality of Life Prosecutor and served as a Deputy Prosecutor for the State of California.
🌸 Jeannie Weaver is the Chief Marketing Officer of Boldyn Networks’ US business, leading the company's comprehensive marketing and brand growth strategies. A seasoned industry expert with over 25 years of experience in marketing and brand management, she previously served as the Vice President of Retail Marketing & Special Experience at AT&T.
🌸 Dr. Nicole Wesley is the Superintendent of the Redondo Beach Unified School District (RBUSD). A veteran educator with over 27 years of experience, she previously served as RBUSD’s Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and principal of Redondo Union High School, and holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from UCLA.
