🌸 The Legend of Gypsy Lord — A Story of Beauty and Breeding

Rising to around 40 inches tall, Gypsy Lord's lofty stem carries flowers that seem to be painted by nature itself — crisp bluish-white upper petals that float above marbled blue-violet falls, centered with a deep paprika beard that draws the eye like a jewel in a crown and giving the appearance of a Red, White and Blue flower.

It earned early recognition with an Honorable Mention in 2008, followed by the American Iris Society’s Award of Merit in 2010, the prestigious Wister Medal in 2012, and ultimately the American D***s Medal in 2015 — the highest honor an iris can achieve.
