Another fun filled day with the students of Putnam Career & Technical Center. We were able to spend the day doing more medical training in Mrs. Harvey’s Class.

We even had our very own mannequin American demonstrator SSG Marcus Hartwell WV Army National Guard. There’s no feat too big or painful when it comes to these kids. Watch for the video 😂

Busy day but finally getting a moment to post some pictures from the 68W course SPC Adam Slaman taught at PCTC.

68W is Healthcare Specialist which is one of the many jobs we have in the Army National Guard. This is a very extensive course which trains Soldiers how to provide emergency medical treatment at point of wounding on the battlefield, limited primary care, and health protection and evacuation from a point of injury or illness.

We will be at Putnam Career & Technical Center all this week so if you have questions about how to become a WV Army National Guard Soldier just ask!!
