Commander Mark came to teach drawing to the students in the summer program!!! Many of their parents and grandparents remember being told to DRAW! DRAW! DRAW! on public tv years ago. What a privilege! Thank you Mark Kistler for coming to visit.

The "Three Piggy Opera" is a Metteer tradition that goes back at least 30 years, likely longer. It is often the very first chance a student has to perform in front an adoring audience. This year saw a wonderful continuation of that tradition. Congratulations to all the students and staff who worked so hard on it!

The Metteer Booster Club held their very first Roundup Dinner fundraiser at the fairgrounds. It was SO much fun! Parents, teachers, family members, and staff all had a great time. There were amazing raffle prizes, live music, dancing, a photo booth, and even a mechanical bull !!! See you all there next year!
