Second grade learning in action! ❤️📚

Our students are having fun building complete sentences in writing and playing the Trading Game in math! This hands-on strategy, learned during our recent professional learning with Jeanine Hastings, helps students build a strong understanding of place value. 🔢✨

First grade is officially diving into MATH! ➕✏️📚

Our first graders have kicked off their math lessons and are already busy thinking, problem-solving, and building strong number sense! Teachers are putting their back-to-school learning with math consultant Dr. Jeanine Hastings into action, using hands-on experiences and concrete manipulatives to help students build deep mathematical understanding. ❤️🖤🐴
