✅ Power restored — Ward Creek & Monohon Landing Rd

Power is back on for all 122 customers in the Ward Creek and Monohon Landing Rd area. The outage started at 2:17 p.m. and crews had everyone back by 3:01 p.m. — 44 minutes, well ahead of our 2-hour estimate.

If your power is still out, call us at (360) 942-2411. A few homes can stay dark after the main repair is done, and we want to know about it.

Labor Day Closure

Both offices will be closed Monday, September 7th, 2026, for Labor Day. Our lobbies reopen Tuesday, September 8th, at 8 a.m.

To report an outage while we're closed, call your local office — Raymond (360) 942-2411 or Long Beach (360) 642-3191. After-hours calls are answered by our call center and relayed to PUD operations. Outage updates will be posted here on our page.

You can pay your bill any time through SmartHub at pacificpud.org or by calling Pay by Phone at (855) 940-3856. For non-urgent questions, email [email protected] (North County) or [email protected] (South County) and we'll respond Tuesday.

⚡ Thinking about installing a Level 2 home EV charger?

Before you buy or install, give Pacific County PUD a call. Level 2 (240V) chargers draw a lot more power than a standard outlet, and we need to check whether the transformer serving your home can handle the added load.

Here's how it works:
1️⃣ Complete our Application for New or Revised Service
2️⃣ We evaluate the transformer serving your home
3️⃣ If an upgrade is needed, it's completed before your charger goes in (upgrade costs are the homeowner's responsibility)

Skipping this step can mean delays, additional costs to you, or damage to your equipment. Make us your first call, not your last.

Falling behind on a utility bill can happen to anyone. Pacific County PUD offers multiple assistance programs that can lower what you owe or give you more time to pay, and many customers qualify for more than one.

If you have already received a shut-off notice, please call us the same day. We have far more options available before service is interrupted than after.

Getting started is simple:
