If you aren't in Raymond for July 4th you are missing out on a great time!

The Red, White, and Blue Parade is so much fun to participate in AND to watch! We encourage you to deck out your bikes, scooters, strollers, permitted golf carts, pets, and YOUR SELF and join us in the parade! Special thanks to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Raymond, Mississippi for providing delicious refreshments!

The fun continues that evening! We are excited to have The Chill come and keep the celebration going! Beware! They are known to make you want to bust out the dance moves🕺. We'll have a couple of your favorite food trucks making their way back to our city so come hungry! 🌭

The City of Raymond has been working on plans for our much needed Phase 2 of the Police Department renovation. This year we were awarded a $200,000 appropriation from the State of Mississippi, thanks to District 63 Rep. Stephanie Foster! This morning, the City was presented a check for $100,000 from District 4 Supervisor Wanda Evers to aid in the infrastructure cost associated with Phase 2. We want to extend our thanks and gratitude to each of them and look forward to our ground breaking in the near future....Stay Tuned! Randall Harris, Mayor of the City of Raymond

We’re excited to celebrate America’s 250th birthday on July 4th! 🇺🇸

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!

Join us for a parade at 10:00 AM and come back in the evening for a 6:00 PM performance by the phenomenal band The Chill at Raymond City Hall parking lot.

We hope everyone comes out to enjoy the festivities! More events leading up to July 4th will be announced soon.

Special thanks to Kathy Rankin for helping secure this great band for our celebration!

Thank you to all the amazing volunteers! It was a great day of fun and community togetherness! Special thanks to Raymond Presbyterian Church, Raymond Methodist Church, First Baptist church Raymond and The Raymond Garden Club for pitching in and making our town beautiful! Thank you to the Boy Scouts Troop 92 and Phi Theta Kappa for showing up and showing out!
