JOB OPENING
The City of Ravenwood is seeking a full time water and sewer operator and city maintenance individual. This is manual and skilled work involving the production of safe, potable water, maintenance of the water plant and sewer system of the City and other duties as assigned. Routine water distribution and wastewater duties must meet DNR standards.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED. Water plant and waste water experience helpful but not required.
Skills Required: Ability to operate backhoe, dump truck/snow plow and mower. Will train the right individual. Candidate should have solid math, communication, record keeping and mechanical skills.
License requirements: Valid drivers license, water plant certifications and wastewater certifications. The certifications can be obtained on the job.
Physical Requirements: Able to complete required work in all weather conditions.
Benefit Requirements: Health insurance and paid vacations. Weekends are required. Salary commensurate with experience.
