It has been a busy day at the Ravenna Township Fire Department so far!

We started the morning with a structure fire response, followed by hosting vehicle fire training, and wrapped up just in time to respond to a motor vehicle accident.

We are pleased to report that there were no serious injuries in either emergency incident.

A special thank you goes out to Marlboro Towing for their assistance in making our vehicle fires possible.

Did you know that all full-time Ravenna Township firefighters are required to be certified as Firefighters, Paramedics, Fire Inspectors, and Fire/EMS Instructors? This allows us to conduct high-quality training in-house and provide it free of charge to our members.

We would like to congratulate FF Birrer and FF Dyer for completing their Fire and Emergency Services Instructor course today! They completed 80 hours of class time and multiple projects to reach this point.
