Tomorrow, Friday, September 11, milling and paving are expected to take place on Elizabeth Ave, Bound Brook Ave, DeCicco Drive, portions of Richards Street, and Riverside Ave.

DPW office received concerns regarding the paving work in the Plainfield Avenue area.

We promptly contacted the Engineering Department inspector and the contractor to address the issue and ensure that residents receive adequate notice moving forward. Providing advance notice was discussed during the pre-construction process, and we regret that this expectation was not met.

If the issue continues, please contact the Department of Public Works.
