Internet sales tax bill, S.B. 106, passed the South Dakota Senate and is on its way to the House floor for a vote at any time!

Don’t be fooled into thinking there is anything good about S.B. 106 because nearly every Republican and Democrat in the Senate voted for it.

S.B. 106 is a TAX INCREASE. Plain and simple.

South Dakota politicians haven’t been properly managing their budgets, so they want YOU to keep paying for their reckless spending!

The Internet sales tax bill S.B. 106 is scheduled for a hearing February 29 in the South Dakota House State Affairs Committee.

Not only does this online sales tax bill violate existing Supreme Court rulings, but it would impose unusually high costs of compliance - especially on individual sellers and small businesses.

It is urgent that you call the members of the House State Affairs Committee TODAY and demand they vote NO on S.B. 106. Tell them NO MORE taxes.

Stop the Internet Sales Tax Mandate in South Dakota

Internet sales tax bill S.B. 106 is coming up for a hearing and will shortly be on its way to the Senate floor for a vote.

Online sales taxes would impose high costs of compliance on businesses — especially small businesses and individual sellers.

It is urgent that you call your state senator NOW and demand they vote NO on S.B. 106. Tell them NO MORE taxes and regulation.

SING THE SCHOOL OPT OUT PETITION. REGISTERED VOTERS IN THE RAPID CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT CAN SIGN THE PETITION AND VOTE ON THE OPT OUT IN JUNE.
