Robbinsdale celebrated National Walk & Roll to School Day with plenty of smiles, high-fives, and a whole lot of school spirit!

Our amazing student leaders and staff were out to welcome students as they arrived- celebrating the importance of getting to school safely, on time, and ready to learn! Because at Robbinsdale, PRESENCE MATTERS!

We had some special guests helping us kick off the morning, too! A big thank-you to School Liaison Officer Rudebush, Robby the Roadrunner, and Karl the Cobbler for helping make the morning extra special.

Students who made it to school on time are SMART COOKIES and earned a special treat to celebrate their on-time arrival.

What a fun way to start the day- and a great reminder that every arrival, every day, matters!

🧹✨ Happy Custodial Appreciation Day! ✨🧹

Today we’re celebrating one of the people who helps make our school feel like home! ❤️

Mr. Paul helps keep our school safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. He’s always there to lend a hand, solve a problem, or take care of whatever needs to be done.

Thank you for taking such great care of our school and our school family! We are so lucky to have you! 🧹❤️

🌵 Our Roadrunners are learning to set boundaries and respect the boundaries of others!

At October Community Day, we explored how to speak up calmly and clearly, listen when someone shares a boundary, and show respect through our actions. Students created comics featuring turtle, owl, and shark characters practicing assertive communication and listening. We also played the Cactus Boundaries Game and enjoyed a snack together!

We’re building a school community where every student’s voice matters. ❤️

🧡 Our students and staff participated in the National Day of Remembrance or Orange Shirt Day.

Orange Shirt Day is a time to remember the children who were taken from their families and communities, honor survivors, and acknowledge the lasting impact on Indigenous peoples.

Wearing orange is a small but meaningful way to reflect on the importance of listening, learning, remembering, and creating a future
where every child is seen, valued, respected, and knows they belong. 🧡
