TRAFFIC SUPERVISORS – RANDOLPH POLICE DEPARTMENT
MULTIPLE PART-TIME POSITION’S
The Randolph Police Department seeks a highly motivated, proactive, and community-oriented individual for the position of traffic supervisor. As part of the background check, applicants must provide their high school diploma (or equivalent), higher education diplomas, a copy of your Massachusetts driver’s license, a copy of your CPR certification, and a copy of your DD-214 (if applicable).
The Randolph Police Department has 10 traffic supervisors serving in various posts around each of our six (6) schools. On a daily basis, the traffic supervisors ensure the safety of our students as they walk and ride to and from our schools.
Currently, a Randolph Police Department traffic supervisor is compensated at $25.88 per hour. Based on the school calendar, the total yearly compensation is approximately $9,316.80 per year. A traffic supervisor position follows the school calendar, to include school cancellations, weekends, holiday’s, and school vacation weeks off. All traffic supervisors work for two (2) hours per day, with the hours varying depending on the school the traffic supervisor is assigned to. This position also includes bereavement, uniform allowance (in addition to issued equipment), and compensation for professional development.
