Through the funds given by our territory, officers’ quarters in the Mali & Burkina Faso Territory were equipped with much-needed furniture, including mattresses, beds, sofas, gas cookers, washing basins, and curtains. Before this project, several officers were living without basic household items. Some living rooms and dining areas were empty, and in some cases, parents and children were sharing sleeping spaces.

After identifying the most urgent needs, priority furniture was purchased and delivered. As a result, officers and their families now have proper bedrooms, welcoming living spaces, and improved daily living conditions. This project has brought much encouragement and motivation to our officers.

Thank you for caring for those who serve and for being part of this impact. Your giving is helping provide dignity, comfort, and hope to families around the world 🌍💙

Our hearts are heavy reading this. Continuing to pray urgently for Majors Lalthanmawia and Rualthanpuii, for their children, and for answers very soon.

We continue to seek any information on Majors Lalthanmawia and Rualthanpuii, our officers in Myanmar. They have been missing since 19 December 2025. They were travelling by motorcycle from Tahan to the Mizoram border to visit their children.

Search efforts have been extensive. Teams have carefully traced their route and even abseiled down ravines and steep terrain along the roadside. Despite these committed efforts, no confirmed findings have been made so far.

We are deeply grateful for the many partners supporting these searches, and for the unwavering prayers shared by Salvationists and friends around the world. Your care and concern mean more than we can express.

We will continue to provide verified updates as they become available.

In Indonesia, the Radey Corps began its ministry around 1995 in a rural village, made up of just four families (15 individuals in total). These are gardeners, farm laborers, carpenters, and private servants who faithfully gather each week for worship, fellowship, and service. Though small in number and limited in resources, their commitment to God’s work has always been strong.

For more than 25 years, the officers lived in simple, unsafe quarters that had become badly deteriorated. Rebuilding felt impossible for a congregation facing economic hardship. Yet they contributed what they could and supported the project with prayer and hands-on effort.

Because of your generosity, the officer’s quarters has been fully reconstructed with durable materials and furnished to support ministry. The inauguration, led by Territorial Commander Commissioner Yusak Tampai, was a moving reminder that Radey Corps is part of a global Salvation Army family.

Your support has provided safe, dignified housing for officers, renewed hope and purpose, and helped secure the future of ministry in this rural area.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in the Radey Corps and investing in people and lasting transformation. 💛

Thanks to your generosity, the Torre (Recife) and Vila dos Pescadores (Cubatão) Community Centers now have a new vehicle to support their work with children and teens aged 6–17 who face tough challenges every day.

In Brazil, our Children’s Centers are all about building strong relationships and community connections. Having reliable transportation makes a big difference! Whether it’s buying food, picking up donations, getting a child to urgent medical care, or staying connected with local partners.

At Vila dos Pescadores in São Paulo, the center sits on a busy main street, with kids and teens coming and going throughout the day. Many are also part of the local corps, joining in activities like karate classes, parent gatherings, and other programs that help them grow and feel supported.

The new vehicle is already helping our teams do their work more safely and smoothly. Thank you for helping us keep showing up for our communities and moving this mission forward.

Big things happened in Zimbabwe, Botswana & Madagascar! 🎉

Over 500 Salvation Army officers gathered at Howard for an amazing Territorial Officers Councils, and it was full of energy, unity, and inspiration.

With encouragement from our Commissioners and a visit from Colonels Eddie and Genevera Vincent (all the way from USA Western THQ!), officers had the chance to connect, share ideas, talk through challenges, and get re-energized for ministry. Officers left feeling encouraged and ready to serve their communities with fresh passion and purpose.

A huge THANK YOU to our USA Western Territory family for helping fund this event through World Services. Your support is making a real difference in the lives of those around the world.

We’re excited to share that the new Officers’ Quarters at Emutali Corps (Kenya West Territory) has officially been opened and dedicated by Commissioners Geoff and Kalie Webb!

This beautiful new home, built with the support of our generous World Services donors, will provide a safe and dignified space for officers to live, serve, and share the gospel.

Thanks to strong support from leadership, the local corps, and the surrounding community, the project was completed smoothly and on time. We’re especially grateful to the Kerali Contractors for their excellent work.

The dedication ceremony brought together local residents, friends from other churches, and even the area chief, showing the growing impact of The Salvation Army in Emutali.

Thank you to everyone who gives to World Services. Your generosity is making a real difference. To God be the glory. Great things He has done, and greater things are still to come!
