Don't forget to join us this evening at 6pm at Rancho Cordova City Hall for a special meeting about oversized vehicle parking in the community. The board is considering issuing special permits for townhome residents with oversized vehicles to park in the townhome guest parking spaces. Come and be a part of the decision!

This Saturday morning (12/11), the streets surrounding Cap Village may experience temporary closures, as runners begin and end the PAL race in our neighborhood. These closures will take place between 9-10 AM, but might only last a couple of minutes at a time.
Anyone who wishes to volunteer for the race to meet at the Christmas trees in Village Green around 6:50 AM. There will be 300 runners taking part in this event!

CONTEST: Please consider decorating for the Holiday season by decorating the front of your home! The goal is to have the decor up in time to display lights the night of the event next Sunday 11/28. It would really add to the event and there will be prizes for the best decor. In order to be considered for the contest your lights and decor must be displayed and lit by the evening of Saturday 11/27 by 8 pm.
