We urgently need 30 volunteers for our largest event of the year — the Juneteenth Celebration on June 17th at Hagan Park. With more than 700 attendees expected, your support is essential to creating a smooth and welcoming experience.
Why Juneteenth Matters
Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, when enslaved people in Texas were finally informed of their freedom. It’s a powerful celebration of resilience, liberation, and the ongoing pursuit of equity and inclusion.

This is a safe, private event, gates open at 2:00 PM with program kick off at 3:00 PM. The day will include:

We’re excited for the upcoming opening of the **Rancho Cordova Community Food Hub**, scheduled for **mid-July**! 🥕💛

This new space will offer families experiencing food insecurity a welcoming place to choose the foods they love — with dignity, respect, and care.

Until the new facility opens, food distribution will continue at our current location:
**10600 Coloma Road (Cordova Neighborhood Church)**
