Protecting our waterways are incredibly important at Sacramento County Environmental Management Department. Our 24/7 Hazardous Materials Incident Response Team responds to calls whenever there's a hazardous materials release, which includes fuel and other hazardous materials that are entering storm drains and waterways.

🚨 Please remember to always report into 311 if you see something that is not water entering a storm drain and in the event of an emergency, always dial 911 to report incidents that need immediate fire or emergency personnel.
