A special thank you to the Senior Ministry Volunteers with Lord of Life Church, who recently helped create social media content for Wellderly. It was wonderful and encouraging to spend time, sharing laughter, friendly competition, and the simple joy of being together.
Enrollment is still open. Who is a good fit for Wellderly? Adults age 55+ who would benefit from social connection, activities, and a safe daytime program while their caregiver takes time to work, run errands, attend appointments, or simply recharge.

Today, the Friday before Memorial Day, is National Poppy Day

Ever wonder why we wear that little red flower?
During WWI, millions of wild red poppies unexpectedly bloomed across the devastated battlefields of Europe. It inspired the famous poem "In Flanders Fields" and became a global symbol of remembrance for our fallen heroes.
Today, organizations like The American Legion and VFW hand them out to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. 100% of the donations go directly to supporting disabled veterans, active-duty service members, and military families.If you see veterans distributing them in town today, grab one, wear it proudly, and consider leaving a donation.
